Crafted in South Africa’s Robertson Valley by the ever-adventurous Springfield Estate, this is only the second Albariño ever made in the Cape—a rarity that makes it as collectible as it is crushable. Grown in marine-influenced soils and made with a “hands-off” approach, it’s a wine that speaks for itself... and it says, “Pour another glass.” Expect flavours of apricot, nectarine, white flowers and a subtle sea foam character. It finishes with a clean, mineral snap that begs for oysters—or just another sip.
 
While this vintage hasn’t bagged major medals (yet!), it’s earned a cult following and glowing reviews from wine lovers and critics alike for its bold originality and finesse.
