This Dão blend (often Encruzado with Malvasia Fina and others) is fresh, aromatic and crisp. Grown in granitic soils, the grapes give citrus, white flowers and a mineral edge. Zippy and refreshing it’s a perfect match for seafood, grilled sardines or Moura’s lighter tapas plates.
