For The Love of Food and Wine - A Journey without Borders - Part One

26 June 2026

This is not a collection of courses.

It is a journey, built on contrast, guided by instinct, and shaped by flavours that refuse to stay in one place.
For the Love of Food and Wine brings together techniques, ingredients, and traditions from across the world and reimagines them as a single, flowing experience. Each course moves you somewhere new—across coastlines, cultures, and climates without ever losing its sense of balance or intention.

It begins in clarity: cold, precise, and refreshing. It moves through warmth and depth, into spice, richness, and texture. It builds towards a moment of refinement and focus, where everything becomes more intense, more defined, more deliberate. And finally, it softens, leaving you with something familiar, reimagined, and quietly indulgent.

Nothing is accidental. Nothing is loud for the sake of being loud. Every element exists to create contrast, tension, and release.

This is food that travels without borders, but never without purpose. A dialogue between cultures expressed through flavour, texture, and wine. Familiar ideas are challenged, reassembled, and refined into something that feels both unexpected and inevitable.

Four courses. Five if you choose to stay longer.

Always evolving. Always intentional.

And like any good journey, it doesn’t end when the last plate is cleared. It lingers. It asks questions. And it leaves you wondering where it might take you next
