This Muscadet is made from the Melon de Bourgogne grape, which thrives in the Loire Valley's unique terroir in France. The wine has a pale yellow color with hints of green and offers a fresh, mineral-driven nose with notes of citrus, white stone fruit, and a touch of fennel. The wine is lightly spritzy, adding a refreshing touch.
 
This is known as the wine for fish dishes due to its neutral, saline and stony flavour. It's an excellent choice to pair with shellfish, oysters, and light seafood dishes.
