Every November, on the third Thursday of the month, Beaujolais releases its first wine of the season — barely weeks after the grapes have been picked. The tradition dates back to the mid-20th century and has since become a global celebration of new wine, new beginnings, and the spirit of shared enjoyment.
 
Here in Wales, Beaujolais Day has taken on an identity of its own — especially in Swansea, where restaurants and bars fill with long lunches, laughter, and a touch of French flair. It’s one of the biggest Beaujolais celebrations outside France, and this bottle is at the heart of it.
