This wine is a dry white wine from the Soave Classico region in the province of Verona, Italy. It is made primarily from Garganega (90%) and Trebbiano (10%) grapes. The wine has a pale straw yellow color with greenish hues. It offers a pleasant bouquet of ripe fruits and hawthorn, and is dry, delicate, and medium-bodied with a vibrant mineral backbone.

Garganega is the same grape as Grecanico in Sicily, though Soave wines tend to be crisp and lean. Soave pairs very well with shellfish, chicken, tofu and can even be a foil to asparagus.

Contains sulphites. (12.5%)
